Understand every menu item and when to use it

This guide helps merchants quickly navigate Invizo CRM. Each page has a specific purpose in setup, operations, and reporting.

Workspace

Top-right profile menu

  • Use the user badge (with chevron) in the top bar to open account actions.
  • Open Profile Settings to update name, business details, email, and password.
  • Use Logout from this menu to safely end your session.

Dashboard

  • View high-level workspace activity and health signals.

Merchants
