Invizo CRM Refund Policy

This policy explains how subscription billing, cancellations, downgrades, and refund reviews work for Invizo CRM.

Effective date: May 21, 2026

Subscription Billing

  • Invizo CRM paid plans are billed monthly unless a different billing period is shown at checkout.
  • Your subscription renews automatically until it is cancelled from your account or through the billing provider.
  • Plan limits and paid features remain available through the end of the current paid billing period after cancellation.

Refunds

  • If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will review the request.
  • Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where supported by the payment processor.
  • We do not provide refunds for misuse, policy violations, or account termination caused by prohibited activity.

Free Plan

  • The Free plan is forever free for one connected app, including one affiliate app without marketplace listing.
  • You can upgrade to a paid plan when you need more app capacity or affiliate marketplace access.
  • Downgrading may restrict access to features or app capacity above the Free plan limits.
