Invizo CRM Terms of Service

These terms explain the rules for using Invizo CRM, including lifecycle CRM, email, affiliate, dashboard, and beta access features.

Using Invizo CRM

  • Invizo CRM is provided for Shopify app teams, affiliate partners, and authorized workspace users.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity performed under your account.
  • You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt platform operations, or use Invizo to send unlawful, deceptive, or abusive communications.

Workspace and Merchant Data

  • Business owners are responsible for the data they import, sync, verify, email, or otherwise process through Invizo CRM.
  • You must have the necessary rights, permissions, and lawful basis to use merchant, customer, campaign, and recipient data in the platform.
  • Invizo may process workspace data to provide, secure, support, and improve the service as described in our Privacy Policy.

Email and Affiliate Features

  • You are responsible for complying with applicable email, anti-spam, privacy, and advertising laws when using campaign and affiliate features.
  • Affiliate partners must provide accurate profile and payout information and may not submit fraudulent referrals or misleading promotional claims.
  • Workspace owners control affiliate program approvals, referral review, commission status, and payout workflows available in their account.

Beta Access

  • Invizo CRM may provide beta features or early access while pricing and product capabilities are still evolving.
  • Beta access may be modified, limited, or discontinued as the product changes.
  • Features, limits, and availability may vary between workspaces during beta testing.

Acceptable Use

  • Do not upload malicious code, scrape the service, reverse engineer protected systems, or attempt to bypass security controls.
  • Do not use Invizo CRM to send spam, phishing, harmful content, or messages that violate recipient consent requirements.
  • We may suspend or restrict access if use of the platform creates security, legal, deliverability, or operational risk.

Changes and Termination

  • We may update these terms from time to time as Invizo CRM changes.
  • You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or legal requirements.
  • Certain obligations, including confidentiality, payment, security, data protection, and misuse restrictions, may survive termination.
